The RBC Convention Centre Winnipeg has two separate climate-controlled underground parkades (North and South) with 729 parking stalls. Designated parking stalls are located adjacent to each elevator with charging stations in the south parkade for electric vehicles.

The parkade is able to accommodate standard passenger vehicles (car, half-ton trucks and vans). Oversized SUVs and other vehicles that exceed parkade height restrictions (6 feet 5 inches) are invited to use surface parking lots or street parking available throughout the downtown area.

Just a friendly reminder that even though the parkade is monitored by security officers and cameras 24/7, it is still important that articles of value not be left or stored in any vehicle as the Convention Centre is not responsible for any loss or theft.

WRLA's policy is only responsible for the common areas outside of exhibitors' booths. It is the responsibility of every exhibitor to arrange their own coverage. In many circumstances, the organizer must comply with their own insurance companies’ requirements that all exhibitors have sufficient liability insurance before they can set up at the venue. The most common liability claims are what the insurance industry refers to as "slips, trips and falls."

Yes, if you purchase your optional property coverage your contents are covered while in transit and at the show. Transit coverage offered by shipping companies usually offer transit insurance coverage that is far below the actual value of your property, it is usually determined by weight instead of actual value and they don't cover your contents at the booth. Please refer to our applications or schedule of coverage for our property contents limit.

Check your existing insurance policy for details and to ensure it meets the show regulations.
If you need more insurance coverage:

is the leading insurance provider to the event, conference and trade show industry.

offers broad coverage with high limits and low premiums to tens of thousands of exhibitors across North America and globally. They offer from $1,000,000-$5,000,000 in commercial general liability, including an optional property coverage in $10,000, $25,000 and $50,000 increments. Your property will be covered at the show and in transit, three days before and three days after the show.

Their staff have experience both from the insurance and trade show industry.
